By requesting or using KavixServer services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to use the services in accordance with applicable laws.

Services and accounts

KavixServer provides hosting services such as VPS, VDS, RDP, and dedicated server plans. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and keeping your services secure.

Acceptable use

You must not use KavixServer services for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, malware, unauthorized access, spam, or activity that disrupts networks or harms other customers. We may suspend or restrict services that violate these requirements or create a security risk.

Payments and availability

Plans, prices, resources, and availability may change. Services are provided subject to the selected plan and successful payment. We work to maintain reliable connectivity, but scheduled maintenance, outages, and events outside our control may affect availability.
